Plan Details
Q: What does Plan Year show?
A: Plan Year identifies the timeframe used for the employee’s time off plan, such as an anniversary year based on hire date or a calendar year from January through December.
Q: What is the Award Schedule?
A: The Award Schedule shows how often the employee accrues during the plan year.
Q: What does Accrual Rate mean?
A: Accrual Rate is the amount of time the employee earns each time accruals are awarded based on the Award Schedule.
Q: What is the Last Award Date?
A: The Last Award Date is the most recent date time was added to the employee’s balance.
Q: What is the Service Date?
A: The Service Date is the date used to calculate the employee’s accruals.
Q: What does Length of Service show?
A: Length of Service shows how long the employee has been with the company based on the Service Date.

A: Hours Accrued shows how much time was earned in the last pay period.
