Payroll delivery is becoming an increasingly electronic affair, and we offer a range of solutions to fit your needs.
Payroll reports can be printed, but we find that most people prefer the ease and accessibility of pulling the reports from our cloud-based servers on-demand. This eliminates the need for secure storage and disposal of hard copies, as well as keeping everything organized for easy access from any internet-capable device.
When it comes to delivering pay to your employees, there are several options:
- Live Check
- Direct Deposit
- Pay Card
Having employees receive funds electronically (via direct deposit or pay card) is a great way to save time and hassle -- funds post the morning of check date, you don't have to worry about sorting and distributing checks to individuals, and employees don't have to take time away from work to make it to the bank during business hours.
If an employee doesn't have (or want to use) a personal bank account, a pay card is a great solution. Pay cards function like pre-paid debit cards; the funds post to the card the morning of check date just like the would with direct deposit, and the employee can use the card to pay for goods at point-of-sale and/or make cash withdrawals as needed.
Once employees are set up with electronic funding options for payroll, the next step is to eliminate the paper check stubs. Our employee self-service functionality allows employees to securely access check stub (and W-2) history on-demand, which saves your payroll department time you'd usually spend distributing stubs and/or pulling copies of past stubs upon request after the employees have discarded the paper copies.
Still want paper checks and/or reporting, but want it in a hurry? Our print-back services allow you to process payroll and print the reports, stubs, and/or live checks on-site at your location rather than waiting til the next business day for delivery.
