Where can I view quarterly reports?

It typically takes about two weeks after the close of a quarter for the new quarterly files to be posted. New quarterly reports will be available under Reporting > Return Archive. For clients who've been with Dominion Payroll since prior to 1st Quarter 2025, returns from 1Q25 and earlier are available in the Reporting > Quarterly Reports On-Demand menu.

Additionally, Dominion Payroll maintains records starting from the first year it began processing your payroll. If your company used a different payroll provider before switching to Dominion Payroll, records from those years will not be available in the Dominion Payroll archives. To obtain these records, you will need to contact the payroll provider that processed your payroll for the relevant year.

The Quarterly Reports typically include the 941 filing as well as any state unemployment tax filings required for your company. The 4th quarter reports will also include the 940 return.

NOTE: If you are looking for W-2s and/or your W-3, you'll find them in Reporting > Year-End Reports On-Demand.
