Why doesn’t the rate on the Deductions screen match the change I made to the Benefit Plan?

The amount on the Benefit Plan menu item is driving the payroll deduction.  The Deductions screen and Benefits Plan screen are linked, but they're not synonymous.

What’s on the deduction screen is a reflection of what was scheduled when the last payroll was processed, so if you've made a change to the rates in the Benefit Plan, the Deduction screen will update to reflect that change only after you run your upcoming payroll.

To verify that the change is in effect, you can go to Payroll Processing > Payroll Entry > Individual Time Entry and hit Preview Check to see what will actually happen when you process the payroll.
