How to Edit an Employee's Direct Deposit

To edit a direct deposit, select one of the existing records by highlighting in the list and selecting Edit.  Changes may be made to the fields as necessary. The Account Number field is not editable. To change the account number, you must use the Update Acct. Number field.

Note: To make an update to the account number, you must use the Update Acct. Number field. This is done to keep the bank account information secure. When you click Save, the account number will be encrypted and stored in a secure database.
