Copying an Employee

Navigate to Employee Admin Tools > Employee Utilities > Copy Employee

  • From the employee list select the employee to be copied
  • Click the “Copy using Quick Hire” button located in the black bar
  • The selected employee’s data will be copied into quick hire. 
  • You will need to select the legal company 
  • Pay Group
  • Frequency
  • Manager if applicable
  • Work location
  • Click “Save” and the employee will now be active in the chosen company

*** Copying an employee will not delete or terminate the employee from the original legal company***

****Also, all pay history will be retained by the original company***

****Benefits need to be re-entered if applicable***
