Navigate to Employee Admin Tools > Employee Utilities > Copy Employee
- From the employee list select the employee to be copied
- Click the “Copy using Quick Hire” button located in the black bar
- The selected employee’s data will be copied into quick hire.
- You will need to select the legal company
- Pay Group
- Frequency
- Manager if applicable
- Work location
- Click “Save” and the employee will now be active in the chosen company
*** Copying an employee will not delete or terminate the employee from the original legal company***
****Also, all pay history will be retained by the original company***
****Benefits need to be re-entered if applicable***
