Fixing Virtual Clock

There are two ways Virtual Clocks can be registered/un-registered/re-registered- 

 

From the shared computer you wish to make a virtual clock or either re-register a current clock, you have two ways to do this:

1. From the virtual clock computer go to www.dominionpayroll.net

    1. Enter your admin credentials
    2. Go to Client Management > Time Management > Manage Clocks > Click on the correct clock/computer from the description list (it doesn't look like you all use the description field to tell which clock is which computer so I think it would be the one labeled Virtual Clock - do you only use one?) 
    3. Down below on the General tab click Unregister
    4. Now click Register (it should re-populate the registered computer and user name information to the left)
    5. Log Out!!
    6. After logging out, the current webpage will change to the Virtual Clock screen
    7. I would recommend saving the virtual clock page as the default browser page in case anyone closes out of this browser session

2. From the virtual clock computer go to www.dominionpayroll.net/virtualclockregistration

  • Enter your admin credentials
  • Enter Client Code: UVWXYZ
  • Look through the list of Virtual Clock names and beside the correct clock/computer click Deregister
  • Beside the same clock/computer name, now click Register (it should re-populate the registered computer and user name information to the left)
  • Log Out!!
  • After logging out, the current webpage will change to the Virtual Clock screen
  • I would recommend saving the virtual clock page as the default browser page in case anyone closes out of this browser session
